Brambling
A single Brambling present late afternoon near Jordanston and at least five Water Rails heard around the pond area,also quite large impressive flocks of Starlings passing over I would image heading for the Plumstone Mountain roost.

Red Throated Diver - 6
Black Throated Diver - 7 ( Inc a group of 5 together )
Great Northern Diver - 2 ( Both through high, above horizon )
Med. Gull - 1 ( Adult )
A Bar-Tailed Godwit hanging around the puddles by the car park was an interesting site & a Brambling with the Chaffinches by the big puddle at Tresinwen.

Rosebush and Ty Rhig
Slightly out of the area at Rosebush Reservoir,a male Pochard, 9 Tufted Duck, a single red headed Goosander, several Goldeneye along with small numbers of Teal,Mallard and Coot at Ty Rhig a couple of fly over Crossbills,4 Redpoll a group of 12 Bullfinch and a single Willow Tit and just for a change plenty of rain.

Scaup
The first winter Scaup is still present today near Jordanston, an interesting looking bird.
( Now thought to be a hybrid)
